Many thanks to James! He has been very quick and efficient to an urgent matter. Got our EPC certificate in approximately 2 hours after the inspection, which been really good. I called UK Pat and James answered and within maximum 1 hour he was to the place I requested the needed certificate. Thanks again James , very very professional!
