Meet Our Team
James Ranson – PAT Testing & EPC’s
I have been involved with property & compliance for all of my working career. I hold the City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation, as well as the City & Guilds Electrical Equipment Maintenance and Testing.
I am a qualified EPC domestic surveyor and am a current member of ARLA.
Samantha Ranson – Director
I have worked in property compliance ever since moving to the UK from South Africa nearly 10 years ago. I have always admired the importance the UK places on compliance and Health & Safety. I enjoy helping businesses keep their colleagues and customers safe. I very much like meeting and talking to new people, so this for me is the perfect job!
Jake Ranson – PAT Testing
After attending Whitgift School in Croydon, I studied business management at London University. My ultimate goal was to always be a part of a family-run business, so here I am! Before UK PAT, I worked at John Lewis. Working there gave me a fantastic insight into what is arguably one of the best customer service companies in the world.
I have taken their ethos with me, and apply it to what I do now. When it comes to PAT Testing, I focus primarily on London and Kent from my Dulwich base.
